Employee Volunteer Corps

Employees form teams by department to participate in various volunteer activities.

Department-Level Volunteering	In addition to regular volunteer work at welfare facilities such as local children's centers and social welfare institutions, employees participate in various activities including pro bono services and blood drives.
In-House Club Volunteering	Each employee club organizes at least one volunteer activity annually, contributing to society through specialized activities that reflect the unique characteristics of each group.
Donation Pledges and Matching Grants	Employees voluntarily donate a portion of their monthly salary to our flagship CSR programs, and the company matches these contributions dollar-for-dollar through our matching grant scheme.
